Four Claude skills that take a 25-episode short drama or a music video from script and character sheets through reference images and storyboard grids to Seedance task files.
produce-anime writes a 25-episode drama of 30 seconds per episode: script, character, scene and prop sheets, per-episode dialogue, storyboard config and Seedance task JSON, with ten selectable visual styles. produce-mv does the equivalent for a music video built from lyrics, split into 15-second segments. generate-media calls a Gemini image model for character references, scene sheets, prop turnarounds and storyboard grids, and submit-anime-project pushes the task file to a Seedance task service. It needs a Gemini API key and is closer to a worked template than a drop-in install: paths such as /data/dongman are hard-coded and the submit step expects a local server on port 3456.

It asks which skills and which agents you want, and it installs for the current project unless you add the -g flag, which installs for your user account. Add --list to see what a repo contains before you install anything.
