Run /drama-adapt in a folder that holds a novel .txt. After a short setup quiz (genre, a 30, 60 or 100 episode season, and a faithful, condensed or creative adaptation) it writes an analysis report, character profiles, an episode outline that marks the free and paid cut-off, one script file per episode ending on a hook, and a three-round QC report. By default it stops for confirmation at three points (pass --auto to skip them), saves progress to project.json so you can resume, and has flags to rerun a stage or specific episodes. The README lists Claude Code and the Superpowers skill framework as requirements, and the repo includes a six-episode worked example.
