The /start command asks for a genre (13 templates, up to two combined), audience, tone, ending, episode count and domestic or overseas mode. Commands such as /plan, /characters, /outline, /episode and /review then move through the story outline, cast, episode list, episode scripts and a five-dimension quality score, with progress kept in a .drama-state.json file, and each stage loads matching reference notes on openings, paywall points, pacing, payoffs, villain tiers, hooks and compliance. The /compliance command runs a red-line check, /overseas switches to an English INT./EXT. screenplay format and /export assembles the full script. It stops at scripts, with no storyboards or video generation, and the SKILL.md ships without YAML frontmatter, so some agents need a small edit.
