Thirteen director-craft skills for AI short drama: Chinese and English main systems for blocking diagrams, shot tables and prompts, a routing kit, nine director-style skills and a director library.
Given a script or an idea, the two main skills (cinema-director in Chinese, cinema-director-en in English) build a project style bible once, then per episode produce a director analysis, a text-based overhead blocking diagram, a shot table and one six-section video prompt per clip, with a first-frame image check before image-to-video. A short-drama kit skill picks at most three of nine single-director skills (for example Zhang Yimou, Wong Kar-wai, Johnnie To, Stephen Chow), and a master library of director profiles covers broader references, so only the relevant craft layers load. Chinese prompts target Seedance and Hailuo, English prompts Sora, Kling, Veo and Runway. The README says deeper production tooling sits in a separate Pro edition that is not in this repo, and the repo is licensed CC BY-NC-ND 4.0: free to use in your own projects, but not to sell as a course or redistribute in adapted form.

It asks which skills and which agents you want, and it installs for the current project unless you add the -g flag, which installs for your user account. Add --list to see what a repo contains before you install anything.

Claude Code picks up changes to these folders during a session. If the folder did not exist when the session started, run /reload-skills.
04Codex, skills folder or $skill-installer
Codex reads skills from .agents/skills in your working folder and its parent folders up to the repository root, and from $HOME/.agents/skills for every repository. Copy the skill's folder into one of them, or run $skill-installer inside Codex and ask it to install from the repo. Codex detects new skills automatically and needs a restart only if one does not appear.
