Input is a script, scene draft, dialogue draft or storyboard, plus a choice of how much the skill may change the source (faithful, visual, pacing or story). It freezes the source, builds a story bible and beat sheet, turns abstract psychology into visible action and sound, plans blocking and coverage, and splits shots so each has one framing, one action and one camera move. Each shot is then assigned to live action, Seedance or a hybrid, and Seedance shots become generation tasks with acceptance checks and fallbacks. Output is a storyboard table (Markdown or CSV), a task list and a quality report; the repo also ships templates, JSON schemas and Node.js 18+ validator scripts.
