Four audio and video-assembly skills from NoizAI: timeline-aligned text-to-speech, video dubbing, music-video assembly from a finished song, and text-to-sound-effect generation.
tts turns text or an SRT into speech with a local Kokoro model or the Noiz cloud API; its timeline mode renders each subtitle cue to its own timing, and the Noiz backend can clone a voice from reference audio. video-translation chains subtitle download, translation, tts rendering and an audio-replacement script to dub a video into another language, and it depends on a separate youtube-downloader skill. music-video plans and assembles a 24 fps video around an existing song, from either p5.js animation or the user's own stills and clips, while sound-fx saves a 1 to 30 second effect generated from a text description. Noiz features need an API key (tts has a limited keyless guest mode), timeline and assembly work needs ffmpeg, and the repo also holds other voice and music skills that are not listed here.
