Directs HyperFrames videos in two phases, first a brief for your approval, then assets, composition, render and review, with Chinese 9:16 promos as the default.
Starts from an article, product, README or website and writes a brief and design proposal that you confirm before anything is built. After confirmation it generates background and component images with Codex Image Gen, builds the HyperFrames composition, checks snapshots and renders, and writes a review report. A scaffold script creates the working files (brief, design notes, storyboard, review report and JSON contracts) and several scripts validate assets and artifacts. Defaults are Simplified Chinese copy, 9:16 at 1080x1920 and a deep-black house style with white, gray and warm-gold accents; it runs the HyperFrames CLI through npx, and the README lists Node.js 18+ for the helper scripts.

03Claude Code, plugin marketplace
Some repos publish a plugin marketplace, a .claude-plugin/marketplace.json file. Add it in Claude Code, then install a plugin from it with /plugin install plugin-name@marketplace-name. Plugins can bundle hooks and MCP servers along with skills, so read the details panel before you confirm.

Codex reads skills from .agents/skills in your working folder and its parent folders up to the repository root, and from $HOME/.agents/skills for every repository. Copy the skill's folder into one of them, or run $skill-installer inside Codex and ask it to install from the repo. Codex detects new skills automatically and needs a restart only if one does not appear.
